We had a fantastic stay at Villa Nysa with beautiful views over the sea to the mountains and peaceful surroundings.With a 10-15 minute walk into town ( a bit longer on the way back due to steep paths)this was the perfect place for a chilled out holiday.The villa itself was amazing with plenty of room and very well equipped. Exrisemma (host) was very helpful and replied to any questions very quickly . Loved it !!

Amazing villa with views to die for.

Paleros which is a short walk down the hill is a lovely quiet town with a few tavernas and bars.
Sarah our host was lovely to meet and always responsive.
Pool was cleaned twice during our stay and cleaned once which was perfect.
We had an amazing holiday at Villa Nysa and wish we could keep it a secret

We spent a gorgeous few days in Palairos, the villa was perfect for our family with the most spectacular views. We found a beautiful beach nearby and lots of lovely restaurants. We didn’t want to leave.

We had a lovely stay , accommodation was great and good communal space . Shop at the bottom of the hill was an added bonus .

We spent a great week at the villa. The villa is as exactly as it looks but the best is the fantastic view across the bay. It’s a 10-15 minute walk into town where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and tavernas .The walk back up the hill is ok until the last 50 metres where it is really steep.
The villa is well equipped and the decking and pool is great. Easy walk to a local supermarket.
A must is hiring a boat from the seafront for the day and tour the islands.
We would highly recommend staying here.

A very well-equipped villa, even yoga mats, blocks, and straps were provided. The villa is located on a steep slope, meaning you have a beautiful view. However, trucks occasionally drive up this road due to further development in the area. It didn't bother me much. Otherwise, I can only say that everything was tip-top. The pool is also measured twice a week.

The most relaxing view

A beautiful view. Comfortable and well equipped, totally relaxing. Did I mention the great view? A short walk to the town and a short but fairly steep walk back. Not that much to do in Paleros itself, but a morning swim followed by breakfast at the water's edge, walk back, and relax whilst admiring the view! Enough restaurants to eat somewhere different every night for a week, but that would mean giving up repeat visits to some really nice places worth at least a second visit.

This place is amazing..... 

It has a fantastic view over the sea as well as the mountains and the house has many great details which is very convenient.
Overall everything was just perfect and exceeded our high expectations.
If you have a difficulty walking up an down step climbs, you will have to take the car to the town/harbor but if not, it's just a great opportunity for a small daily exercise. No big deal, which is totally worth it to get the view in reward :-)
Good opportunity to pay a little extra in advance for having the pool heated.

We have just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at Villa Nysa and wish we were still there! Sarah and the team were really helpful, the views are amazing, the house is beautifully designed, close to local restaurants along the seafront, a steep walk back uphill home but so worth it. Paleros is a lovely quiet town, not too touched by tourism which was a bonus, nearby Rio Beach/Pogonia was a great day out. We loved it and can’t wait to return!

An absolutely fantastic stay in a great villa with an incredible view. Everything about the villa was amazing - it must have only recently been built as everything feels new, clean and it's very well equipped. We paid for the pool to be heated which was welcomed in May even though the weather was great. The location is fantastic - 5min walk down to the harbour with some great restaurants right by the Sea with a small pebble beach for children to play.

Relax in idyllic surroundings in a very cozy contemporary and cosy villa.

This beautiful cozy villa feels better than coming home. So cozy furnishings, lots of light, wonderful terrace and with breathtaking view! You'll relax there. So virtuous to wake up in the morning and wake up after swimming in your private pool. And within a 10-minute walk you can find everything you need: a good supermarket, a bakery, nice restaurants and cozy bars. Everything is also available in the villa: bathrobes, beach towels, everything you need in the kitchen and even a nice daily crockery! Renting a small boat in the neighbouring village of Mitikas was an absolute must. There is a good book with lots of tips to do!

Wonderful week in Paleros

Superb house with fantastic views and proximity to the village. Quiet and nice area! Good patio with both sun and shade, green and flourishing garden. Lovely to just sit and enjoy the view and beautiful sunsets. Well equipped kitchen, easy to cook. Great with AC in all rooms.
The pool was dirty when we arrived. But when we pointed this out, a guy came straight away and cleaned it properly.

We had an absolutely incredible honeymoon at Villa Nysa. I can honestly say it was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in!

Everything, from meeting a host in the Island Yacht Club who showed us to and around the villa, to the incredible views, to the amazing facilities and personal touches in the villa, to the beautiful town and surrounding area, to check out – was perfect.

The Villa was absolutely spotless and comfortable – it genuinely felt like home from the beginning. (If our home was a gorgeous 3-bedroom Villa with an infinity pool!)

It is only a short walk down hill and through the beautifully authentic Grecian town to the harbor and square, where you will find amazing tavernas and an atmosphere which will make you never want to leave. Restaurant Tomorrow and the Hunger Doctor takeaway were our personal highlights.

We have created so many memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you so much for letting us stay at Villa Nysa!

Beautiful, well quipped modern villa with a lovely view of Paleros Town and sea

We enjoyed a very relaxed week in Villa Nysa.

The weather was absolutely perfect and swimming in the sea in Paleros was great after leaving a cold and wet UK!

A very clean and well-equipped villa. With swimming pool and a lovely patio and garden where we sat and enjoyed the sunset with a lovely view of the town, sea and islands.

The nearby New Mill Tavern was an easy walk and the Greek food and hospitality very special. Local supermarket and bakery easy walk as was Paleros town and harbour..

Harbour and town have plenty of restaurants and shops and everyone very friendly.. Lots of other beaches and walks in the mountains an easy drive away. Didn't have time to hire a boat on this trip but last time we hired a boat for the day which was well worth it..

The Villa is even more beautiful in person than pictures can show. Location is perfect as everything you need is very close. The hosts always respond very quickly and even helped us arrange an amazing boat tour. Would definitely recommend!!!

We lodged at Villa Nysa during a tiring road trip through Greece and came totally to rest here in this calm residence with a magnificent view over the bay, restaurants and bars within 300m and that with the comfort of a 5* hotel, a little piece in heaven really!
